No: Inferior or lower sclera(white of the eye) show could be from genetic eye shape, graves disease(thyroid problem), bulgy eye, lower eye lid ectropian(loose lid that is turning out) and loss of fat(volume) under the eye. Please consult your eye doc for it. This may cause dry eyes and eye irritation.
