Possibly : It is good that you are young and can compensate partly. You could be even more hyperopic than this. It will eventually need to be measured with cycloplegia (dilation) if you remain symptomatic, especially if treatment is planned. Give it a few months to see if time and healing help. If the symptoms are terribly bothersome, glasses or contacts will be of temporary help.

Possibly: You are temporarily overcorrected. This often resolves after a few weeks. Because you are overcorrected, you have to use extra focus in your eyes to see your best, especially up close. This will cause fatigue. If it doesn't spontaneously resolve, you may need to have an enhancement.
