Scrotum is Growing: This sounds urgent and i hope you are already on your way to see your family doctor or get to the er. This very easily could be a significant hernia or an infectious process. Please get to the doctor and get this looked at.

Testicular swelling: There are several things that can cause swelling of the testicle and pain. Most serious being testicular torsion. Other causes could be a hernia, hydrocele, injury, inflammation, infection or mass. This is something you should see your physician for. If it is sudden onset and with severe pain - go to your physician immediately or the emergency room.
