Very worried- had a tv ultrasound and the dr said i had not progressed from last week as much as wants to see. hb was there but low. everything looked like it should fetal pole/sac etc. is there hope?

There's not much u : Can do at this point but let's hope and pray for preservation of pregnancy!

Hard to predict: As long as there is still a heart beat, there is still hope. Unfortunately the combination of poor growth and a low heartbeat is worrisome. Try to get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and follow up with your doctor as scheduled.
