Intense shoulder pain travelling down arm, had bloods taken, checking for diabetes and calcium? what could be causing the pain?

Connection?: Is your shoulder pain occurring at the same time as the shortness of breath and wheezing? This information is important in trying to diagnose your condition. If the symptoms are occurring together, it could be related to your heart, although you are young for the cause to be your heart. If the conditions are occurring separately, it could be a problem with a nerve in your shoulder or neck.

Neck or shoulder: Pain radiating down the arm may be caused by nerve compression in the cervical spine (neck). This will often be a shooting , electric sensation to the wrist or fingers. Pathology from the shoulder may also radiate down the arm, usually to the elbow, and is provoked by movement of the shoulder joint. Mri or EMG studies would help to diagnose.
