Pinched Nerves: Swollen lymph nodes in the arm pit is a concern for a physician. It is possible there are two different pathologies or conditions going on here. From the picture, it looks like there is climbing which could explain shoulder blade pain radiating to the neck and might be a pinched nerve. It would be a stretch to equate a pinched nerve to swollen glands like this. I would see a doctor and soon.
