Nasal Congestion: You are limited at that age. The first step is to use some saline drops and a suction bulb syringe. If this child doesn't tolerate suctioning the nose that way, you can try a little saline spray to moisten the nose and clear it out. You can also use an oral decongestant to open the nose up.
