I have a swelling on my nose from the bridge and its paining, can't even blown my nose nor touch that area. this is happened since 4 days.

Needs evaluation: Sometimes a nasal infection not necessarily a sinus infection can do this. It usually requires an antibiotic to alleviate it. It could be an external problem with the skin of the nose, but there should be redness of the skin or some sign of localized irritation. See a doctor for rx.
