Not necessarily: It is not unusual for a person in your age group to have more reactive lymph nodes that enlarge in response to infections and inflammation. Nodes in that area can react to dental or oral problems. Piercings that are removed often or irritated can cause this. It could also be a deep cyst, an enlarged salivary gland, and other things. You should get it checked.
