Don't worry yet: Very early pregnancies have highly variable heart rates, so no worries there. Ultrasound dating is most accurate between 8 and 13 weeks measuring the crown rump length. Being off by one week at this point is not necessarily significant. Please keep seeing your healthcare provider and obtain additional ultrasounds as appropriate.
