My baby was born with congenital cutis aplasia, how long it take to cure?

Variable: I've seen these as small as .25 inch & as large as 4 inches & the type of defect varies.Some just have a bald spot & some have a weepy skin defect. The smaller weepy ones can seal off over a week or more while the larger ones may specialized wound care.
