Arm and chest: One possibility is nerve root compression in your neck. This can cause paresthesia ("tingling") and pain in a dermatomal distribution down the neck, shoulder, arm, and chest. A herniated disk or even traction on the root from over-stretch or injury could do it . Heart pain is statistically very low probability in pre-menopausal women.
