Do you think numbness/sorenss on the scalp after several cigerettes in a short amount of time may be caused by ischemia? is this a dangerous sign?

Scalp paresthesia: Smoking several cigarettes in a short period of time could intensify the effects that occur normally. Rapid breathing in and out - ala hyperventilation - could in itself cause paresthesia or numbness of hands, feet, or head. Nicotine does cause vascular constriction so could be responsible as well. Why only the scalp - not certain.
