Tingling: This would most likely be a nonspecific irritability of superficial scalp nerves. Since it's so localized, It's possibly a reaction to hair products or hair brushing or combing. Nevertheless have someone inspect your scalp to check for any sign of scalp inflammation. See your physician as needed.
