Possible Blockage: It is possible that you have a stool blockage if your lower back hurts and you have been constipated. Liquid stool is the only stuff that can get around the blockage, which could be why you are experiencing diarrhea. The diarrhea probably contains bile, which is why it looks green. This is just one possibility. See your doctor to find out what the cause is and the best treatment for you.
