Yes: In young patients ivf is quite successful. With the exception of donor egg ivf, ivf is the most successful treatment available for infertility.

Yes!: The success rate of IVF has been improved dramatically in recent years. It is due to better stimulation protocol, better culture condition, single sperm injection, and genetic screening test of embryos. For young patient, the success rate is about 70-80%. For women, about 40 years of age, the pregnancy rate is about 50% or above. Because widely use of PGS, the miscarriage rate is also reduced.
