Yes: Ivf treatment raises your estrogen levels and thickens the lining of your uterus. After you stop Progesterone supplements, your uterine lining will shed, and it may be heavier or more crampy than a normal period as your lining may get thicker than usual. You can take Ibuprofen or Naproxen for the cramps. Sorry your cycle didn't work.
