Clenching headache: It sounds like you have been clenching or grinding your teeth all night. Your temples (the muscles infront of your ears are probably very sore when you press on them. Your teeth should never touch unless you are chewing or swallowing. A hard bite guard- not rubbery- should help. Eye surgery could have made you more tense so that you are clenching your teeth. Keep your teeth apart.
