Several : There are several antibiotics that are safe during pregnancy. You need to call your ob/gyn to coordinate care and have continuity of care to assure he/she knows all the medications you are taking while pregnant. Of course, it is important to get definitively diagnosed with a urinalysis telling you have an infection and what bacteria is causing it, as you do not want to take any meds unless needed.
