Same as nonpregnant: A vaginal infection during pregnancy is usually accompanied by an increased discharge over normal for pregnancy. It may be thick, curd like, itchy and/or malodorus. You need to see your doctor to be tested and prescribed the proper treatment.

Vaginal Infection: In pregnancy it is not unusual to have an increased vaginal discharge. However, it it is accompanied by itching, a foul smell , or a discoloration, you may want to be checked for possible infections.
