See below: Hydralazine is a blood pressure medicine is associated with causing drug-induced lupus. Any symptoms of this should resolve with discontinuation of this medication. Hope that helps.

See details: First of all, Hydralazine is rarely used anymore as a treatment for hypertension so i would suggest alternatives. If you stop the med then a drug induced lupus would be extremely unlikely.
