White lumps chin: Photos are really helpful when asking to give impressions on what something could be. Without it, you could consider using products that slough skin such as retin a, (tretinoin) vigorous scrubbing, or removing the lumps that sticks above the skin to see if it could help with improving those bumps. A photo is what is really needed to allow us to comment further on it.
