I am 9 weeks pregnant. i have been taking 25 mg of levothroxine for 2 weeks, for a tsh of 3. i have extreme fatigue. is this normal?

Elevated TSH: If your TSH is over 2.5, you may need more levothyroxine to lower the level a bit further. This may also contribute to your fatigue. You can contact your doctor to discuss increasing the dose of levothyroxine and then repeat the test in 2-6 weeks.

Fatigue common: I don't think you are tired because of your thyroid. My goal is typically to have my pregnant patients at 2.5 or less, but a TSH of 3 should not give you symptoms. Fatigue is a common complaint in early pregnancy.
