No: If you were born without sweat glands, we aren't going to make your grow them. We cure infectious and surgical diseases; most other disease we manage. If this is a newborn, a check for fabry's might be in order. New anhidrosis over an area may be acquired, famously in nerve injury or compromise by tumor.
