Good: Your positive rubella igg titer indicates either past infection or vaccination to rubella--also known as german measles this is a good thing. This is normally checked prior/during pregnancy because susceptibility to infection is a danger to the fetus. You are not at risk for infection; if you became pregnant, your fetus would not be at risk either based on these current results.
