Angular cheilitis: If the dry patch is at the corner of your mouth it may be angular cheilitis and is caused by deficient vitamin b2, iron, zinc or a fungus or other pathogen. Since you're taking a b complex, i would rule that out, assuming the one you take can be absorbed. If you take a multivitamin, the minerals should not be the problem. Try neosporin on the area and see if it improves in a week.
