Constipation: What was her previous normal BM schedule? What does she feed? Did she stool the first 24 hrs of life? You may need to see the pediatrician and bring this up, it could be just constiipation or there may be some medical condition like Hirschsprung's causing this.

Time to see the Dr.: Please take her to the Dr. for evaluation. If there is a hard piece of poop that she can't pass, the Dr. can help her pass the bowel movement and will probably check her to see if there's any underlying reason for the difficulty.

Time to visit peddoc: In the meantime: Try gently massaging the tummy, using an up-side-down "U" motion - start from the right lower corner go up to just below the ribs, then across to the left side then rub down to the left lower corner of the baby's tummy, then repeat over and over. It's not uncommon for babies to miss days in between bowel movements, but if it's troubling her or affecting her feeding it needs eval
