I fell down and bruised my entire right side of butt. after two week bruise went away but left with a small pea size lump. is that a concern?

Not usually: After a fall one often is left with a small collection of blood called a hematoma that gradually decreases in size. The pea shaped lump may be a small hematoma. If it increases in size over the next few weeks i would go see your primary care physician.
