Letrozole: Trying another drug by the name of Letrozole may help when Clomid (clomiphene) does not work. The study that you're alluding to states that if you're on 12 cycles or more of Clomid (clomiphene) in a lifetime there is an increase of 2 to 3 folds of some type of ovarian tumor.
