Maybe: There is a condition called obstructive sleep apnea where people stop breathing/choke in their sleep. It is associated with obesity. If you find yourself not feeling rested in the morning, if someone observing you says you seem to choke or stop breathing, and/or with a dryness in the back of your throat in the morning, you should talk to a doctor or sleep specialist for an evaluation.
