Quite a while: Remarkably, many women in your situation will be managed to deliver after 33 wks. Even if there is not much fluid, the risk to the baby is greater to be delivered early (at 25 wks) than it is to stay without much fluid. You can talk to your doctor about a transfusion of amniotic fluid, but the evidence for that changing outcomes is uncertain.

See below: The fluid round the baby has the lungs develop and helps cushion the baby so babies who live in little fluid can have issues. If you continue to stay pregnant and not go into labor they would induce you at 33-34 weeks. You should be closely monitored for signs of infection.
