See your physician: It sounds like you are having several health problems. However, the most serious is the recent fall resulting in headaches and neck pain. Although rare but serious condition can occur in which blood slowly accumulates in the cranial cavity resulting in pressure on the brain. If you are having daily headaches, numbness, disorientation, confusion, nausea, or vomiting, see you doctor immediately.
