Well see your family: Doctor. If you have right upper quadrant pain and chills... You currently dont have a fever - check your temperature more closely. If it goes above 101 you need to see a doctor. If you are an elderly patient sometimes you cannot make a fever so in that case go see your doctor immediately.

Call MD go to ER: You could have acute cholecystis , even serious cholangitis, or bile duct infection, if untreated could turn to serious blood infection, . Call your doctor and to to er they will evaluate you, for possible admission, if it is not serious will discharge you with antibiotics
