Vitamin D: Nope. But vitamin d very well may help prevent cancer from developing. Why vitamin d is so important is still be understood by western medicine. We don't know how it works but we do know that it is vital for health and disease prevention.

Can help, not cure: Research suggests having good vit d levels significantly reduces risk of many cancers and cancer patients with high levels of d live longer- see http://sciencenordic.Com/cancer-patients-high-vitamin-d-levels-live-longer vit d kills some cancer cells in vitro. It's possible that d may prevent some cancers by curing them when still microscopic, but it does not "cure" advanced cancer. See comment:.
