HSG Levels: Hcg levels rise throughout the pregnancy. I assume you are saying 4 weeks 4 days from the last menses. The levels of HCG double approximately every 48 hours. Therefore, the level may be normal. Sometimes a "high" level may indicate multiple pregnancy, getting the dates wrong or a normal pregnancy. I would get an ultrasound at 5 weeks assess the pregnancy.
