Ovulation: Ovulation days are difficult to predict when you have irregular menses. Also ovulation predictor kits can be inaccurate with some women with irregular menses. It is best to figure out why your are having irregular menses. Typically, this occurs during times of stress but can involve emotional, physical and hormonal issues.
