Probably viral: Most viral illnesses take about 7-14 days to fully resolve so may need to, wait at least another week. Suggest saline rinses, sudafed if no high blood pressure, hydration, advil (ibuprofen) if not allergic to it, and rest. Return to md if not gone in3-4 weeks or continues to worsen instead of improve.
