Unlikely: Genital warts are caused by members of the human papilloma virus family. Types 16 and 18 are risk factors in cancer of the cervix. There has been a significant increase in throat cancer from these virus types presumably from oral sex with hpv infected individuals. Not aware that these virus types can cause facial warts.

No: Genital warts are only on the genitals. The terms often used are to describe the location... For example plantar warts are called that because they are on the plantar surface of the foot. If they are located elsewhere, they can't be "plantar" warts.
