No: Warts caused by the Human Papilloma Virus come in many different shapes, sizes and specifically DNA subtypes. We have more than 100 different identifying numbers for HPV infection. An infection in one part of the body such as the genital area is very uncommon to affect another part of the body and self inoculation as you describe would be exceptionally unlikely.
