Swelling feet: More likely caused by hypertension/hbp (salt intake related) rather than fungal infection.

Likely vascular: Most likely from venous insufficiency or lymphedema. Infection can cause swelling but normally is very painful, unless you have severe neuropathy. Is there redness or drainage? See your physician.
