Many: Over-the-counter saline sprays, over-the-counter Pseudoephedrine decongestants, prescription nasal steroids, or other nasal medications such as astelin. If these are partially due to allergies, then over-the-counter or prescription antihistamines may help. Increasing humidity in the room can also help.
