Diet/exercise: If your thyroid level is normal, the only way is by eating less (and better) and exercising more and losing your extra weight. It's 3500 calories to the pound. Check w/a good registered dietitian. Don't listen to garbage from friends, tv and the internet - the only thing that will lose weight is your wallet.
