Yes: Is there such as thing as a small eating disorder? I don't think so.... But weight changes, stress, sleeping problems, etc. Can have an cause menstrual irregularities. Please get a lab pregnancy test.- to be sure you are not preg. Then, ask yourself whether you are trying to have a baby or not. If not, see your gyn about birth control. If you are trying to have a baby the eating disorder needs tx.

Check thyroid : In addition to having a pregnancy test in a doctor's office, ask to have thyroid studies done as well.

Delayed menses: Stress can cause various disorders. If you still feel pregnant have a blood preg test.

Sure.: Stress can definitely influence normal hormone production and disrupt normal menstrual cycling. Also, if you have lost or gained any significant amount of weight, that can disrupt cycling as well. But testing (labs and sono) would be helpful to diagnose for sure. Also, i'm not sure that there is such a thing as a small eating disorder, it may not be as severe as others, but all are serious, DES attn.
