Puberty/sores/pimple: Puberty is a time of major hormonal change, which causes oily deposits in skin of many parts of the body. After your cycles are more established, this generally subsides, but itching in the vaginal area may also be a recurrent yeast infection. Sexual relations can of course also cause other types of infection, so see your gyn provider for an exam.
