Pump 'n dump: Just to be on the safe side, you may want to "pump 'n dump" before breast feeding again (when you pump your breast milk and then throw it away). It is very difficult to predict how long the alcohol will stay in your milk. Always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your child. Always!
