Hard to say: Hard to say for sure online, but can happen in your age group. Indeed ! most of the time this presentation needs a urinalysis and an ultrasound of the scrotum to check it out more. See your doctor soon because early diagnosis of something serious (if it's there) could be life-saving. Many times it is minor, but you need to be checked for sure to rule out something bad.
