Ureaplasma: Ureaplasma may be found as part normal flora in external genitalia of sexually experienced males or females and does not necessary mean an infection. However, in the right context, a concurrent std such as chlamydia and less commonly gonorrhea should be suspected & treated for. This is important in females as they can be asymptomatic.
