Bad news: There is no way for you to lose weight in one specific body area. You can only lose weight over your whole body, & hope that that includes your belly. The other bad news is that your body shape may be genetically predetermined to have a bit of a belly. Ever since i was a teenager, i had the same wish and have done a million sit-ups with no success. It may be just how we're built. Don't give up tho.
