Consider going in: Not sure what d/c buttons are. It sounds like anxiety problems, like anxiety with nightie hyperarousal, daytime lack of arousal and mild depression? Is getting up to urinate could have uti, may be reflux, but if stressed and worried a lot then it may be top down approach. Grinding teeth at night, back pain, migraines?
