Check with GYN: With symptoms lasting with long, i would recommend an evaluation with a gynecologist first. There are many possible cause of this type of pain but the most important thing to rule out is a gym problem. Would not be unusual to have a pelvic ultrasound or a ct scan to evaluate. If a gynecological source is ruled out, evaluation for a musculoskeletal problem would be recommended.
